For the historic renovation of Crystal Pool Natatorium in Seattle, the architect required windows that resembled the original painted wood windows to complement the building’s original terra-cotta façade. Unison coordinated with Weber Thompson to include:

• Custom glass awnings that protect the painted wood exterior while providing an exceptional frame to the Seattle harbor

• Doors and windows

• The building’s design was a success with over 100 residential sales made within two weeks of the sales center opening.
